Then Sheri Gramer finds a big selection of fall annuals and perennials at Stanley’s Greenhouses in Knoxville. Jeff Poppen hosts a fall tour of his organic vegetable farm. Our ‘barefoot farmer’ shows off the greens that harvest until Christmas time as well as the many cover crops that protect and enrich the soil until the next planting.
