Creamy Tarragon Spread

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

 

Stir together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours before serving. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
