SOUTHEAST NASHVILLE EGG HUNT & FESTIVAL

Visit the Nashville PBS booth for PBS Kids resources and activities during the free Southeast Nashville Egg Hunt & Festival! The event features 30,000 eggs and live entertainment throughout the day, including on-stage appearances by Nashville PBS community educators Ms. Jelly and Señora Rachel. Our booth will also distribute free dental health items.
WNPT’S INDIE LENS POP-UP SCREENING OF THE TALLEST DWARF
Monday, March 30, 6 – 7:30 p.m.

Join Nashville PBS for an Indie Lens Pop-Up screening of “The Tallest Dwarf,” a documentary that follows a filmmaker uncovering her family's hidden history with dwarfism and discovering what belonging truly means.
The evening will include improv exercises led by Unscripted to invite a sense of belonging and extend the film experience.
This event is free, but reservations are required. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
‘A SLICE OF THE COMMUNITY’ – THE COMEDIC RISE OF NASHVILLE
Thursday, April 30, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Nashville PBS/161 Rains Ave., Nashville TN 37203
Join host Jerome Moore and guests Matt Anderson of Bless This Mess, CJ Walton from 9-1-1 Nashville, and Cortney Warner of The Blue Room as they discuss the community, talent, and momentum fueling Nashville’s growing comedy scene. A 15-minute clean comedy set will be performed after the taping.
This event is free, but reservations are required. Food will be provided by Five Points Pizza, Slice’s official pizza sponsor.
A Slice of the Community is supported by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
Doors open at 6 p.m.; the taping begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.
